Returns & Exchanges

At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your scrubs are in their original packaging with tags attached to receive a full refund or a replacement size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location identified on your label; we will notify you once the shipment is received at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
